Hilary Rogers brings more than twenty years of legal experience, having served in the District Attorney’s Office, the Public Defender’s Office, private practice, and the court system. Her diverse background has provided her with a unique understanding of the legal system from multiple perspectives. She currently works as the Principal Law Clerk for Supreme Court Justice Christopher J. Obstarczyk, supporting the fair and efficient administration of justice and gaining invaluable insight into the judicial process.
She has handled high-stakes litigation and sensitive investigations, including her work with the New York State Attorney General’s Office, and has earned a reputation for sound judgment, thorough preparation, and professionalism. Throughout her career, she has also worked extensively on complex estates, guardianships, and adoptions.
